ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson officially suspends White House bid. Carson made the announcement in the middle of a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Maryland. "There's a lot of people who love me, they just won't vote for me," he joked. He received a standing ovation upon making the announcement that he was leaving the campaign trail, but noted that he would "still continue to be heavily involved" in advocacy.
