ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is campaigning in Arizona ahead of that state's primary next Tuesday (March 22.) Sanders spoke Thursday (March 17) night in Flagstaff, Arizona. The venue was packed with supporters, and many others had to wait outside. (SOUNDBITE) (English) DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE BERNIE SANDERS, SAYING: "I just had the opportunity to say a few words to them. But we should have had a larger venue and I'm sorry that we didn't but then again thank you for the many thousands of people who are here with us this evening." After losing all five primaries on Tuesday (March 15) to rival democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, Sanders said he would do better in upcoming contests in western states. (SOUNDBITE) (English) DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE BERNIE SANDERS, SAYING: "We think that the climate is a little bit friendlier for us, we think we have a path toward victory, and if we can bring out large turnouts, we're gonna win this thing." Primary elections will be held Tuesday (March 22) in Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Alaska and American Samoa.
