ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION). EDITORS PLEASE NOTE: THIS EDIT CONTAINS CONVERTED 4:3 MATERIAL Britain's Prince Harry called on Nepal's Prime Minister Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli on Saturday (March 19) during his five-day visit to the Himalayan country. During the meeting, the two held discussions on Nepal-Britain bilateral relations. Harry, who arrived in the country earlier in the day, was welcomed at the Kathmandu airport by Nepali officials. He will meet the survivors of last year's devastating quake and express his gratitude to Gurkhas soldiers for 200 years of service to the Crown. This year marks the 200th anniversary of the ratification of the Treaty of Segauli that formalized diplomatic ties between the two countries. The 31-year-old, fourth in line to the British throne, will also call on Nepal's first female President, Bidhya Bhandari. He will also meet Gurkha soldiers who served along with him in Afghanistan. A devastating 7.8-magnitude earthquake hit Napal in April last year, killing nearly 9,000 people. The country is still reeling from the after-effects.
