ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY : Democratic presidential candidate Senator Bernie Sanders took aim at Republican front-runner Donald Trump on Monday (March 21) during a campaign event in Idaho, calling him a "pathological liar." "We are not going to elect a President who insults people, every single day," Sanders said. "The American people will not elect Donald Trump president because he insults Mexicans; he insults Muslims; he insults women; he insults veterans; he insults the African American community." Sanders also raised the issue of the so-called "birther" movement. Before he launched his longshot presidential run last year, Trump was a high-profile leader of the movement, which believed President Barack Obama was born abroad and not eligible to be president, until he produced his Hawaii birth certificate to put the issue to rest. "I have always found it interesting that my dad was born in Poland, the President's father was born in Kenya -- nobody has asked me for my birth certificate, maybe it has something to do with the color of my skin, I don't know," Sanders said.
