ROUGH CUT - NATURAL (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama arrived at Windsor Castle on Friday (April 22) for a private lunch with Britain's Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. The lunch comes as Obama urges the country to remain in the European Union, saying membership had magnified Britain's place in the world and made the bloc stronger and more outward looking. After Obama's lunch with Queen Elizabeth, who celebrated her 90th birthday on Thursday, Obama is expected to hold talks and a news conference with Prime Minister David Cameron.
