QUALITY AS INCOMING NATURAL ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Dozens of protesters brought traffic to a halt in Costa Mesa, California, just outside the venue where Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump gave a speech on Thursday (April 28) evening. Police were deployed and were seen arresting several protesters. Some were waving Mexican flags. Trump has vowed to build a massive wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. He was in the middle of his speech inside an amphitheatre when the protesters took to the streets. The protest comes after the New York billionaire easily defeated rivals John Kasich and Ted Cruz in all five states that held party nominating contests on Tuesday (April 26) --Pennsylvania, Maryland, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Delaware.
