ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Story: Republican presidential candidate John Kasich warned on Saturday (April 30) that the Republican party will be "wiped out" at the polls in November if billionaire Donald Trump is the party's presidential nominee. Kasich leveled the criticism at his Republican rival during a town hall event in San Jose, California. He told the crowd that Trump's foreign policy doesn't make any sense, calling it, "blather." The Ohio governor is stumping for votes in California this weekend in the wake of a series of primary elections this week that Trump won by wide margins. Kasich says he's hoping to do well enough in upcoming primaries to prevent Trump from locking up the nomination before the party's convention in July. California holds its presidential primary in June.
