The northern Vietnamese city of Hanoi is preparing for a special visitor... U.S. President Barack Obama who will arrive here on Monday. Posters adorn shop windows with the hopes of attracting customers. The owner of this small passport photo shop says he's excited. I'm very happy, he said. If I could meet him, it'd be like a dream come true! Only the third sitting U.S. President to visit the country, Obama will spend time with the newly elected president and other government leaders before making his way to Ho Chi Minh City. Vietnam wants to end a thirty year arms embargo as they look to improve security amid increasing tensions with China. The White House has said a decision on whether to lift the embargo would be linked in part to the country's human rights record. Obama is in the region to attend the Group of Seven meeting later in the week in Japan.
