ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. President Barack Obama said on Friday (July 8) that all Americans should be troubled by the recent police shootings of black men in Minnesota and Louisiana. In remarks made after arriving in Poland, Obama said that many citizens feel that because of the color of their skin they are not being treated the same way as white Americans. The two back-to-back police shootings were captured on video and prompted a social media outcry as well as rallies by protesters who say they were simply the latest incidents of police brutality.
