Dozens are arrested at a rally in St. Paul after demonstrators protesting the shooting of two black men by police officers hurl rocks and bottles at police. Diane Hodges reports.

Anger over the recent shooting deaths of two black man by police officers boiled over in St. Paul, Minnesota Saturday night. Hundreds of protesters marched through the city, shutting down Interstate 94, a major thoroughfare through the city. When they were ordered to clear the road, the demonstrators threw rocks and bottles at police. Dozens were arrested and at least three officers were injured. It was the third straight day of widespread protests after the fatal shooting of Alton Sterling by police in Baton Rouge and Philando Castile in surburban St. Paul, Minnesota. This woman in Minnesota summed up the feelings of the demonstrators. (SOUNDBITE) UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN, SAYING: "I have a stepson, who is a person of color, he's been discriminated against and I'm sick of it, it's finally time to do something." The unrest and the deadly sniper attack on police officers in Dallas, Texas have prompted President Obama to cut short a trip to Europe for a summit meeting of NATO members. White House officials say the president will go to Dallas to try to help calm the tensions roiling the country.
