ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton blasted rival Republican Donald Trump with a series of zingers as she campaigned with Vice President Joe Biden in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She attacked his economic plan saying, "It turned out to be worse than I ever imagined." Clinton continued with her zingers telling people in the crowd, "Friends should not let friends vote for Trump." The Democratic nominee also criticized Trump for not releasing his tax returns. Clinton campaigned with Biden in the Keystone state just before Trump was due to give a speech outlining his plan to battle Islamic State. On that, Clinton said, "Sometimes he says he won't tell anyone what he'll due because he wants to keep his plan secret, and then it turns out the secret is he has no plan."
