ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION). STORY: China's President Xi Jinping said on Sunday (September 4) at the opening of the G20 summit that risks are accumulating in the global economy and that countries should take steps to boost trade and investment, and avoid protectionism. Xi also said the G20 countries should increase policy coordination and balance supply-side reform and demand management. Strengthening the economic rebound, cracking down on corporate tax avoidance and dealing with overcapacity are set to be high on politicians' agendas of the summit on September 4-5, hosted by China for the first time.
