Ben Affleck's appeal brought movie-goers into theaters in its opening weekend to see his performance in "The Accountant". Affleck's role as an accountant who helps criminals write bad checks crunched numbers at the box office, pulling in $24.7 million, and exceeding expectations. That nearly doubles the returns of the number two movie in North American theaters, "Kevin Hart: What Now?" a comedy concert film starring the man himself, which brought in $12 million. It features Hart at center stage during his August 2015 sold-out performance at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field. You'll probably get a laugh out of it, as movie goers are largely giving it the thumbs up -- but this one's not for the kids. Last in the mix was last weekend's number one -- thriller "The Girl On The Train." Despite mediocre reviews, the movie based on the Paula Hawkins novel finished just a hair behind the Kevin Hart movie, by just $200,000.
