ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Republican Vice Presidential nominee Mike Pence told the CBS Sunday morning news show that FBI Director James Comey was right to "step forward" to announce new investigative steps being taken by his agnecy related to Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server when she led the State Department. Pence told the CBS program, "Face the Nation", that "no one is above the law" and Clinton should face consequences for having classified information on a private email server. The FBI on Friday said it was investigating more emails in what the Democratic presidential candidate described as "deeply troubling" behavior 10 days before the U.S. elections. Clinton on Saturday challenged Comey to provide a fuller explanation of investigative steps he is taking related to her use of a private email server.
