Turkey and Russia have prepared a ceasefire agreement for the whole of Syria, Ankara said on Wednesday. Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu saying that two blueprints are ready: one political, the other for a truce. They can be implemented at any time. But the Kremlin said it couldn't comment. And Turkey affirmed that it won't budge on its opposition to Bashar Al-Assad staying put - unlikely to smooth negotiations with Moscow, his biggest backer. Russia, Turkey and Iran saying last week they were ready to broker a deal, with Moscow stating at the time that they'd agreed to prioritise fighting terrorism, not removing Assad. Syrian rebels saying that meetings are expected to continue this week, but unable to confirm whether a truce deal had been worked out. Sources have told Reuters that the three powers are discussing dividing Syria into informal zones of influence - a federal structure controlled by Assad, at least for the first years until the next presidential election.
