ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. President Donald Trump acknowledged Carryn Owens, the widow of U.S. Navy SEAL William "Ryan" Owens, who sat beside his daughter Ivanka during his speech to Congress on Tuesday night (February 28). "Ryan died as he lived, a warrior and a hero," Trump said. The audience gave Owens a standing ovation. U.S. Navy SEAL William "Ryan" Owens was killed in the raid on a branch of al Qaeda, also known as AQAP, in al Bayda province, which the Pentagon said also killed 14 militants. However, medics at the scene said about 30 people, including 10 women and children, were killed. "Ryan is looking down right now, you know that, and he's very happy because I think he just broke a record," Trump said after thunderous applause from Congress.
