ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Wednesday that requires Education Secretary Betsy DeVos to review whether federal regulations 'obstruct' education in K-12 schools. The order is part of a campaign promise Trump made to return schools to state and local control. After signing the order, Trump was asked how his plan to slash tax rates wouldn't add to the federal deficit, Trump responded, "It's a great plan, it's gonna put people back to work."
