ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. President Donald Trump welcomed Argentina President Mauricio Macri to the White House, Thursday (April 27) and says he feels comfortable with him because he knows him. Trump acknowleged Argentina's lemon industry and said, "I'll tell him about North Korea and he'll tell me about lemons." Argentina's citrus federation is trying to rekindle an agreement to export lemons to the United States after Washington issued a stay on a decision by the Obama administration to allow imports. In December, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said it would lift a ban on imports of Argentine lemons, giving growers in the world's top producer access to the largest consuming market for the first time in 15 years. The original ban came aftaer complaints by California lemon growers that Argentine lemons carried diseases. Trump also spoke about renegotiating NAFTA. "Rather than terminating NAFTA, which would be a pretty big shock to the system, we will renegotiate," Trump told reporters in the Oval Office. "If I'm unable to make a fair deal for the United States ... I will terminate NAFTA."
