ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. President Donald Trump paid tribute to fallen soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery on Monday (May 29). "To every Gold Star family, God is with you... They died in war so that we could live in peace," said Trump, addressing a crowd of onlookers. Before his speech, Trump laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. According to U.S. Defense Department figures, nearly 83,000 American military personnel remain unaccounted for, the overwhelming majority, 73,000-plus, from World War Two. The tally also includes more than 7,700 from the Korean War and over 1,600 from the Vietnam War.
