TAKE A LOOK-Asia inflation: Thai rate at 14-month high in May, Indonesia pace up too

Thailand's headline inflation rate accelerated to a 14-month high in May on
higher food and energy prices, government data showed on Monday, posing an
additional headache for policymakers facing a cooling economy and fears of
growing public unrest.
Inflation picked up in May in Indonesia but largely met forecasts,
underlining expectations that Bank Indonesia will likely leave interest rates
unchanged in the near term to continue bolstering the economy as growth slows,
analysts said.
