RIO DE JANEIRO, Oct 16 (Reuters) - B3 SA, the operator of Brazil’s Sao Paulo stock exchange, has received a favorable judgment from authorities regarding a 3.3 billion reais ($794 million) tax dispute, the company said on Wednesday.
In a securities filing, the company said the dispute related to the incorporation of Bovespa Holding SA in 2012 and 2013. The company added that it believed prosecutors could appeal the decision.
