Brazil's government to offer $2.9 bln in credit to small oompanies

BRASILIA, Oct 4 (Reuters) - Brazil’s government will offer 9 billion reais ($2.88 billion) in credit to small businesses, the Industry and Trade ministry said in a statement on Wednesday, as policymakers seek to spur economic growth after two years of deep recession.
