* H1 NET RESULT EUR 9.9‍​ MILLION VERSUS LOSS OF EUR 1.6 MILLION YEAR AGO

* H1 NET RENTAL INCOME EUR 9.5‍​ MILLION VERSUS EUR 7.8 MILLION YEAR AGO

* SEES RISE IN DIVIDEND PAYMENT FOR 2017, SUBJECT TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

* OCCUPANCY RATE ON 30 JUNE 2017: 100%‍​

* FAIR VALUE OF THE PROPERTY PORTFOLIO ON 30 JUNE 2017: APPROX. €355 MILLION‍​

* DEBT RATIO AS AT 30 JUNE 2017: 45.41%‍​

* H1 OPERATING RESULT BEFORE RESULT ON PORTFOLIO EUR 9.1 ‍​ MILLION VERSUS EUR 6.6 MILLION YEAR AGO

* MAXIMUM DEBT RATIO OF 65 PERCENT WILL NOT BE EXCEEDED ON CONSOLIDATED BASIS IN 2017
