BRIEF-Russia's Lenta says H1 net profit rises 3.8 pct y/y

Aug 30 (Reuters) - Russian food retailer Lenta Ltd says:

* H1 ‍net profit at 4.5 billion roubles ($76.55 million), up 3.8 percent year on year;

* H1 sales grew 16.7 pct y-o-y to 163.5 bln roubles (H1 2016: 140.1 bln roubles);​

* H1 adjusted EBITDA at 15.6 bln roubles, up 14.2 pct y-o-y (H1 2016: 13.7 bln roubles) with a margin of 9.6 pct;​
