* S&P SAYS PHILIPPINES’ OUTLOOK REFLECTS VIEW THAT IMPROVEMENTS TO POLICYMAKING SETTINGS COULD SUPPORT MORE SUSTAINABLE PUBLIC FINANCES, BALANCED GROWTH IN NEXT 24 MONTHS
