CANADA STOCKS-TSX turns positive, buoyed by BlackBerry, oils

TORONTO, Sept 28 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index turned positive shortly after the open, driven higher by better-than-expected results from BlackBerry Ltd and buoyant energy stocks amid higher crude prices.

The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index rose 10.91 points, or 0.07 percent, to 15,620.57 shortly after the open.

Half of the index’s 10 key groups were in positive territory. (Reporting by Solarina Ho; Editing by Bernadette Baum)
