CANADA STOCKS-TSX rises at open on NAFTA deal optimism

Aug 28 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index opened higher on Tuesday, after the United States and Mexico reached a deal to overhaul the North American Free Trade Agreement, raising hopes that Canada would also agree to new terms to preserve a three-nation pact.
