China raises retail gasoline, diesel prices - state planner

BEIJING, Dec 28 (Reuters) - China will raise the retail prices of gasoline and diesel by 70 yuan ($10.71) per tonne from Friday, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said in a statement on its website on Thursday.
