Governor of China's Hubei says feels 'agonised' by virus outbreak

SHANGHAI (Reuters) - The governor of China’s Hubei province, where the new coronavirus outbreak began, said on Sunday he feels “agonised” and responsible for the outbreak.

Wang Xiaodong said that despite easing pressures, medical supplies are still tight.
