WARSAW, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Poland’s CS Group plans an initial share offering on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the coming months, the provider of online marketing services said on Friday.
The Warsaw bourse is seeing an inflow of new listings this year, as investors look for profits amid low interest rates and rising economic growth.
Nine companies have listed this year, including retailer Dino and mobile operator Play, whose share offers were the biggest in recent years.
CS Group has submitted a prospectus to the financial market regulator and is aiming for an IPO in the fourth quarter of 2017 or first quarter 2018, the company said.
“We hope we will soon become a public company, which will strengthen our position in the online marketing market for small and medium companies in Poland,” CEO Piotr Strzalkowski said in a statement.
The company did not provide details on the expected proceeds from the IPO. (Reporting by Agnieszka Barteczko; editing by Jason Neely)
