TABLE-Czech Sept factory activity up, first rise since Nov 2018 - PMI

    PRAGUE, Oct 1 (Reuters) - Czech September manufacturing
activity expanded for the first time since November 2018, driven
by a faster rise in production and a return to growth in new
orders, the Markit Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) showed on
    The headline PMI reading rose to 50.7 in September from 49.1
in August, rising for the fifth straight month and coming above
the 50-point mark dividing expansion from contraction, the data
compiled by IHS Markit showed.
    Analysts polled by Reuters had forecast an even bigger
upswing to 51.3 points.

    NOTE. All indices are seasonally adjusted and are based on 
data collected from purchasing executives in 300 manufacturing
