    ERSTE: Austrian bank Erste Group's           net profit fell
more than expected in the fourth quarter, the lender said on
Tuesday, warning of a difficult year ahead in which net interest
income will be flat "at best" and it will invest in digital

    AGROFERT: Chemical and food group Agrofert, founded by
billionaire Finance Minister Andrej Babis, will invest 10
billion crowns into its central European bakery operations in
the next three years to expand and modernise. The amount is
