May 29 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Friday:
** Chinese internet giant Tencent Holdings Ltd is in talks to invest $200 million in Warner Music Group, ahead of the record company’s slated initial public offering next week, the Wall Street Journal reported.
** Ukraine will privatise the thermal power producer Centrenergo in the second quarter of 2021 after finally succeeding in changing the company’s management amid bomb threats and a legal battle, the head of the State Property Fund told Reuters.
** Atlantia wants to press ahead with the sale of up to 49% of its toll-road payment division Telepass and has asked bidders to submit tentative offers in late June, three sources close to the process told Reuters.
** Chinese gaming company Beijing Kunlun Tech Co Ltd said on Friday that a U.S. national security panel approved the $620 million sale of popular gay dating app Grindr to an investor group called San Vicente Acquisition LLC.
** Intesa Sanpaolo should clarify in a legally binding document that its takeover offer for smaller rival UBI Banca is still valid, UBI CEO Victor Massiah said in a newspaper interview.
** Williams Grand Prix Holdings said it was considering selling its once-dominant but now struggling Formula One team as part of a strategic review.
