Fnac Darty's sales 2018 take a hit from "yellow vests" protests

Jan 9 (Reuters) - French book and home appliances store chain Fnac Darty said on Wednesday it expected an estimated loss of around 45 million euros ($52 million) on its sales in France and Belgium due to store closures and lower traffic following the “yellow vests” protests.

It said the impact on year-end sales should “correlatively” impact the current operating income growth expected for 2018.
