GT Solar International sets IPO at 30.3 mln shares

WASHINGTON, July 7 (Reuters) - GT Solar International Inc on Monday set the terms of its planned initial public offering at 30.3 million shares for an estimated price of $15.50 to $17.50 each.

The company, which makes parts to create solar panels, said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that Credit Suisse and UBS Investment Bank are the lead underwriters for the IPO.

All of the shares in the IPO are being sold by GT Solar Holdings LLC. (Reporting by Karey Wutkowski)
