Swedish government says stress in financial markets has calmed

STOCKHOLM, June 5 (Reuters) - Stress in the Swedish financial markets has calmed down significantly since the peak of the coronavirus pandemic, the government said on Friday.

“We can see that the turbulence in the financial markets has calmed down considerably since spring, and not least because of the long line of measures we have taken,” Financial Markets Minister Per Bolund said during a news conference.
