H&M's local-currency sales grow 6% in Q2 as expected

STOCKHOLM, June 17 (Reuters) - Sweden’s H&M, the world’s second-biggest fashion retailer, reported on Monday local-currency sales growth in line with expectations for its fiscal second quarter.

Local-currency sales including VAT in the March-May period increased 6 percent from a year earlier, matching the mean forecast in a Reuters poll of analysts. (Reporting by Anna Ringstrom, editing by Johannes Hellstrom)
