Indian court quashes order to deport Chinese nationals in suspected visa violation case

MUMBAI, Dec 21 (Reuters) - An Indian court on Friday quashed a government order asking around 60 Chinese nationals to leave the country over suspected visa violations.

A judge in a Mumbai court gave Indian firm Pacific Cyber Technology that had invited the Chinese to explain the circumstances of their visit within the next two weeks. (Reporting by Sankalp Phartiyal Writing by Krishna N. Das; Editing by Sanjeev Miglani)
