India aims to commission Dhamra LNG plant in 2019

NEW DELHI, Dec 5 (Reuters) -

* India aims to commission the Dhamra LNG terminal on the eastern coast in 2019, said Oil Minister Dharmendra Pradhan

* The minister said Indian Oil Corp will expand the capacity of 300,000-barrels-per-day Paradip refinery

* In the next 25 years, India may emerge as the world’s top or the second-biggest oil consumer - minister

* At present, India is the world’s third-biggest oil consumer (Reporting by Nidhi Verma)
