Italy's Nexi to offers 2.6 bln euros bond to fully repay debt

MILAN, April 30 (Reuters) - Italy’s Nexi will issue a bond totaling 2.6 billion euros to fully repay current debt, the bank services provider group said on Monday.

A private equity consortium comprising Bain Capital, Advent International and Clessidra bought the bank services provider some years ago from a group of Italian lenders. (Reporting by Francesca Landini Editing by Alison Williams)
