Malaysia's Petronas sets up $350 mln venture capital fund

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 4 (Reuters) - Malaysia’s state energy firm Petronas said on Friday it had set up a venture capital arm, with $350 million allocated for investments.

The funds will look to invest in technology startups in advance materials and specialty chemicals, among others, the company said in a statement. (Reporting by A. Ananthalakshmi; Editing by Edmund Blair)
