Mexico's Televisa says studying whether to keep divisions together

MEXICO CITY, Feb 21 (Reuters) - The co-chief executive of Mexican broadcaster and pay TV provider Televisa said on Wednesday that it was studying whether it should keep all divisions in the same company.

Alfonso de Angoitia, who took over as co-chief executive in January, also said Grupo Televisa was also considering spending more on content.
