MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said on Wednesday he would refrain from commenting on the still-undecided U.S. presidential election until the outcome is clear.

Lopez Obrador, who has mostly sought to distance himself from the political campaign, added that he was encouraged that the peso currency did not appear to weaken in the immediate aftermath of the U.S. vote.
