RABAT, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Morocco’s consumer price index rose by 1.3% year-on-year in October, the high commission for planning said on Friday.
Food prices rose by 2.7%, while non-food inflation increased by 0.3%. On a month-on-month basis, the index rose by 0.1%.
Core CPI, which excludes prices of volatile goods, was flat on a month-on-month basis and was up 0.2% year-on-year. (Reporting by Ahmed Eljechtimi; Editing by Hugh Lawson)
