MOVES-NatWest DCM head Taylor leaves

LONDON, Sept 11 (IFR) - Gordon Taylor has resigned from NatWest Markets, the wholesale business of state-backed RBS, to pursue opportunities outside banking.

He has been head of debt capital markets since April 2015 and has worked at the lender for nearly 20 years.

He leaves the bank at the end of this month and will then volunteer at homeless charity Centrepoint and work on educational project in Johannesberg, South Africa.

He will not be directly replaced but his responsibilities split between Jonathan Peberdy, head of syndicate, James Hughan-Ray, head of corporate financing & risk solutions, and Harsh Shah, head of FI origination & solutions. (Reporting by Christopher Spink)
