Tropical Storm Vicky forms in the Atlantic - U.S. NHC

Sept 14 (Reuters) - Tropical Depression Twenty-One has strengthened into storm Vicky in the Atlantic, and is expected to be short lived with weakening expected to begin by Tuesday night, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Monday.

The system is located about 350 miles (565 km) west-northwest of the Cape Verde Islands, packing maximum sustained winds of 45 miles per hour (75 km/h). (Reporting by Diptendu Lahiri in Bengaluru)
