Prudential to sell Vietnam consumer finance unit to S. Korea's Shinhan

Jan 23 (Reuters) - Britain's largest insurer Prudential Plc said on Tuesday it had agreed to sell its consumer finance business in Vietnam to a unit of South Korea's Shinhan Financial Group for $151 million. bit.ly/2DxjIjh

Prudential and Shinhan have also agreed to a new long-term bancassurance partnership in Vietnam and Indonesia, the British insurer said.
