BUCHAREST, Jan 19 (Reuters) - Romania’s Nuclearelectrica will cut power by 27 percent at its second nuclear reactor at its Cernavoda power plant from Jan. 21 for 16 hours to fix “an early defect in one of the process systems of the U2’s classical part.”
