MOSCOW, Nov 7 (Reuters) - The Russian central bank still has room to ease its monetary policy but it will not rush with cuttings interest rates, Governor Elvira Nabiullina said on Thursday.
Nabiullina, speaking at the lower house of parliament, said the central bank keeps its assessment of a neutral range for its key rate at 6-7%.
The central bank, which last cut its key rate to 6.5% in October, is now watching state budget spending with caution, Nabiullina said. (Reporting by Elena Fabrichnaya; Writing by Andrey Ostroukh; Editing by Muralikumar Anantharaman)
