Putin: work at Hungary's Paks nuclear plant could begin in early 2018

BUDAPEST, Aug 28 (Reuters) - Work on expanding Hungary’s Paks nuclear power plant may begin early next year, Russian President Vladimir Putin told Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on Monday.

“Work at the construction site may start already at the beginning of the next year,” Putin told Orban during a visit to the Hungarian capital of Budapest.
